For most buy- and sell-side assignments we use a phased model: a fixed upfront advisory retainer to cover market analysis, preparation, and outreach; a monthly advisory fee while the mandate is active; and a success-based fee at closing tied to transaction value and complexity. Larger corporate mandates, roll-up strategies, or multi-asset divestitures may include a minimum fee. We do not compete on being the lowest-cost advisor; instead, we focus on protecting and maximizing after-tax value, managing risk, and providing senior-level attention throughout the process.
