Phil Mason is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to opening his MCO advisory firm in Louisville, Kentucky, Mason has owned and operated a diverse group of companies during his 40 plus years in business. His background in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance brings a wide range of knowledge to his business endeavors. Mason is the Managing Partner of an investment firm that invests in small to medium-size privately held businesses, with a focus on hospitality, auto dealerships, education, wholesale, manufacturing and commercial real estate. The advisory firm includes the evaluation of businesses in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio and Florida. In addition to Mergers the company is responsible for financing and the transactional facilitation for the sale, marketing and closings of all transactions. Mason brokered the sale of various hotels ranging from limited service to luxury full-service properties in several states. Mason performs evaluations and appraisals on hotels large and small. He is experienced in lender financing and credit evaluations for hotels and businesses of various types and sizes.
Kurt Reibling provided Merger & Acquisition and Business Start-Up services for entrepreneurs throughout the Southeast and Midwest regions from 2000 through 2009. During this time, Kurt served as Managing Director of bCatalyst Advisors, LLC heading up their Business Brokerage Division and also served as COO for Sunbelt Business Brokers of Kentucky. In these positions, Kurt focused on the sale and purchase of businesses, and the provision of Merger and Acquisition advisory services. For the past 6 years, Kurt was the start-up owner and is now the COO of a rapidly growing and successful medical group in Kentucky and Indiana. Kurt began his career at IBM. During his 17 years at IBM, he gained vast business experience in Facilities Engineering, Manager of Maintenance Engineering, and Dealer Account Manager for the IBM PC Company. Later Kurt spent 5 years with Pomeroy IT Solutions as President of their Cabling Division. Kurt wrote the business plan for this division, started it from scratch and grew it to 12 cities in the Southeast and Midwest. Kurt is a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.) with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA through Xavier University in Cincinnati. During his career, Kurt has had the opportunity to gain vast Executive Management experience in addition to working in several capacities including Mergers & Acquisitions, Facilities Design & Construction, Accounting, Financing, Plant Maintenance, Operations, Distribution, Strategic Planning, Telecommunications, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Group Practice Management.

Mike was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He holds a dual-degree in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky. Mike began his first business as a residential home contractor at the age of 24 and then proceeded to expand his businesses out to residential real estate investment.
